Multiple Minnesota West athletes earn spots on MCAC Elite Team

The Minnesota College Athletic Conference recently announced its Spring 2025 MCAC Elite Team.
The award recognizes student-athletes who combined outstanding academic and athletic performance through the Spring 2025 season.
Honorees must have earned MCAC All-Academic honors as well as All-Division, All-Conference, All-Region, and/or All-American honors in baseball, men's basketball, women's basketball, golf, softball, or wrestling.
A total of 130 student-athletes earned this prestigious award. Those earning recognition from Minnesota West include:
Baseball: Shahir Brahim, Buenos Aires, Argentina; Haruta Endo, Yokohama, Japan; and Triston Sauerbrei, Worthington.
Men's Basketball: Zackery Rygg, San Antonio, Texas.
Women's Basketball: Maddie Kamm, St. Peter, and Katrina Schutz, Richmond.
Softball: Kya Alderson, Lake Benton, and Faith Kazemba, Round Lake.
Wrestling: Sam Rock, Luverne.
