The Dickinson County Sheriff's Office was investigating an active situation near Montgomery on Sunday evening.
The sheriff's office reported in a social media post shortly after 8 p.m. Sunday that Caleb Crosby, 20, was a person of interest. He was reported to be possibly driving a 2016 silver Ford F-150 bearing Iowa license plate FBG927. The Ford has damage to the left rear and may have a taillight out.
The sheriff's office said that If this vehicle or Crosby is seen, people should not approach or attempt to make contact. They are urged to call 911 immediately. People should also keep their vehicles secured.
