Cora Pauling, an eighth-grader on the Jackson County Central girls cross country team, is this week’s Radio Works Athlete of the Week. She placed 12th overall in the Section 3A cross country meet Thursday in Madison, earning the fifth individual qualifying spot in this Saturday’s state meet. Pauling finished with a time of 20:48.6 and will run at state this Saturday at the University of Minnesota Les Bolstad Golf Course.
