JCC's Carson Kolander is this week's Athlete of the Week

Carson Kolander, a senior at Jackson County Central High School and a member of the Huskies wrestling team, is this week's Radio Works Athlete of the Week. Kolander, competing at 189 pounds, won his match Thursday by major decision against his New Ulm opponent and won twice more Friday — once against Fulda/Murray County Central by technical fall and once against Martin County by fall. He achieved his 50th career victory on Friday. Kolander is also this year's male winner of the JCC AAA Award for excellence in academics, athletics and the arts.
