GoFundMe page, benefit helping family of late Jeffers man

A GoFundMe page has been set up to help support the family of a southwest Minnesota man who died recently in an accident at the family farm.

Ethan Quade, 32, of Jeffers was working on a vehicle on June 28 when the jack gave way, resulting in fatal injuries. He is survived by his wife, Mikayla, and three daughters, ages 5, 3 and 1. 

A total of more than $51,000 had been raised as of Monday, with a goal of $60,000. Additionally, a Jeffers Fire Department street dance has been scheduled for this Saturday, beginning at 6 p.m., with all proceeds going to benefit the Quade family. Quade was a member of the Jeffers Fire Department.
