Four individuals hurt in Saturday afternoon crash on Minnesota 60

Multiple injuries were reported as a result of a two-vehicle crash Saturday afternoon on Minnesota 60 near Heron Lake.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 2020 Chevrolet Malibu operated by Danielle Nicole Tilt, 31, of Sioux Falls was westbound on Minnesota 60, while a 2018 Chevy Silverado operated by Eric Thomas Bremer, 39, of Brewster was eastbound. The State Patrol indicated that one vehicle crossed into the other lane, resulting in a head-on collision. The crash was reported at 3:52 p.m. Saturday from milepost 33 in Jackson County's Weimer Township.
Tilt suffered a life-threatening injury and was transported to Sanford Medical Center in Sioux Falls. Bremer, as well as a 9-year-old female and 6-year-old male passenger, each had non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to Windom Area Health. A 6-year-old male was also a passenger in the Bremer vehicle.
The Windom Police Department, Jackson and Cottonwood County sheriff's offices, the Heron Lake and Windom EMS and North Memorial Helicopter all assisted at the scene.
