County license center to close early on Tuesday

The Nobles County License Center (Deputy Registrar #33) will be closing at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6th for staff training. It will resume its normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. the following business day. 

Residents who need to renew tabs can complete the bottom portion of the registration renewal notice, fill out the insurance information — including the name of their insurance company -- and include their check or cashier’s check for payment in an envelope supplied at the locked drop box in the hallway of the office, or at the 10th Street entrance (Door #1) of the Government Center. The tab renewal will be processed and mailed to the owner the following business day. 

Residents can schedule an appointment up to seven days in advance by visiting the Nobles County website at www.co.nobles.mn.us, click on Motor Vehicles, then click on License Center Appointment.
