Council to hear zoning request from fertilizer company

The Worthington City Council will consider a change of zoning request during its Monday meeting.

Fertilizer Dealer Supply Inc is requesting a change of zone from ‘TZ’ Transition Zone and ‘B-3’ General Business District to ‘M-1’ Light Manufacturing District for property located South of Gateway Drive and immediately adjacent to U.S. 59/Minnesota 60.
