Clay County Fair release preliminary attendance estimate

The Clay County Fair has released preliminary attendance numbers from this year’s event, which concluded on Sunday.

A press release states that 316,242 people attended this year’s fair. Fair officials add the number is an early estimate as they are still awaiting reports from some advance admission ticket locations.

A total of 15,540 people attended grandstand events. Jeff Dunham, All Star Monster Trucks and Bulls and Broncs were the largest draws.
