Nobles County is updating its comprehensive plan, and the Clean Energy Resource Teams (CERTs) is partnering with the county as a resource to help gather comments from community members so the plan can be updated to reflect the community it serves.
CERTs is also gathering information for a statewide research project called PV SuCCESS, with an end goal of a toolkit that communities will be able to use for future work with developers and others around large scale solar.
There are three ways to participate — via an online survey, virtual interview and in-person workshop. People are welcome and invited to participate in all three.
