Mediacom Communications presented Kelly Folkers of Wilmont with one of its top employee awards by selecting her as its Customer Center Representative of the Year.
Folkers, who works in Mediacom’s Worthington office, earned a silver-level national award to recognize outstanding employee performance and excellence in customer service. She received the award during recent ceremonies held with corporate leaders. Folkers has been a Mediacom employee for six years.
Mediacom annually recognizes top-tier performance rankings among its national workforce of 4,000 employees. The award criteria emphasize excellence in customer service. Each award recipient receives a monetary bonus and other employee recognition.
