Wilmont Saloon No. 7 will be donating 20 percent of all this weekend’s proceeds – from Friday to Sunday – toward funds for Zach Kempema, who was injured in UTV crash last week,
Kempema was involved in the UTV accident on Sept. 23 and was taken to Lakes Regional Healthcare in Spirit Lake; he was transferred from there to the emergency room at Avera in Sioux Falls. A GoFundMe web page indicates that right after the accident, Kempema lost feeling from the chest down. He does have full range of motion in both arms, however, and there were no head injuries.
