WHS band students participate in Honor Band Day event

Fourteen members of the Worthington High School Concert Band took part in the Southwest Minnesota Band Directors Association Honor Band Day on Saturday at Marshall High School.

Worthington ninth- and 10th-graders that were named included Judah Luevanos, Lucas Hohenstein, Andrea Miranda, MacKenzie Platt, Aileen Gonzalez Barrios, Ayana Leovan, Brittney Chavez Raya and Cristina Mireles. The 11th- and 12th-graders included A Carit, Kaw Blay, Wilmer Juarez Agustin, Donaldo Soto, Isaac Kinser and JJ Mi.
