Next week is Severe Weather Awareness Week in Minnesota, and Nobles County is partnering with Murray County to host National Weather Service storm spotter training.
Nobles County hosted the training last year, so training will be in Murray County this year. Training will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Murray County Central High School, 2420 28th St., Slayton.
Weather spotter training is free and open to the public.
