The annual Days of Olde celebration will take place in Ocheyedan on Aug. 13-15.
Events included on the schedule for Friday night, Aug. 13, include a co-ed volleyball tournament, steak night at the Corner Club, a free movie in the park and a 5K Glow Run.
On Saturday, the day begins with the start of a BBQ cook-off. A parade along Main Street begins at 10:30 a.m., and there will be food vendors in the city park starting at 11 a.m. The Tracy House Museum will be open and host an ice cream social from noon to 2 p.m. A co-ed volleyball tournament, face painting, carnival games, kids’ inflatables and live music are also set for the afternoon, and a street dance with live music by Smoke Screen will be from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Days of Olde wraps up on Sunday with a Town Hall Revival Worship Service at 10 a.m. and a bean bag tournament beginning at 2 p.m.
