MINNESOTA – Another Nobles County resident has died of COVID-19, according to the Minnesota Department of Health.
The MDH on Friday announced 46 more deaths attributed to the coronavirus, 33 of which were reported in long term care centers. One of the deaths was a person from Clay County in their 20s, 3 people were in their 50s or 60s, the rest were older.
There were 5,552 newly diagnose cases reported on Friday, with 15 in Cottonwood County, 11 in Jackson County, 13 in Murray County, 22 in Nobles County, 10 in Pipestone County and eight in Rock County.
There have been over 2,800 deaths in the state since the pandemic began, with 25 of them from Nobles County.
