WORTHINGTON – Nobles County Public Health is able to serve up to 200 people today and 200 people tomorrow for COVID vaccinations. That will take place between 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. at Memorial Auditorium.
They will be utilizing the Moderna vaccine – a 2-dose regimen for those 18 and older – for anyone in the past categories of 65+, those in E-12 and Child Care, and those in the newer categories such as underlying health conditions, targeted essential workers, and 45 years and older with one or more underlying medical conditions.
Minnesotans 16 and older with two or more underlying conditions qualify, as do those 50 and older who live in multi-generational housing, and essential frontline workers such as farmers, correctional, first responders, food production and retail, manufacturing, postal workers and judicial system workers.
