The Minnesota Twins Winter Caravan is coming!
WORTHINGTON - With the holidays behind us, it's time to start thinking about fun winter activities. Topping the list of winter excitement is Winterfest, and what better way to kick off Winterfest 2019 than a visit from the Minnesota Twins Baseball Caravan?
The Caravan will hit Worthington on Tuesday, January 15. Radio Works is pleased to announce the Caravan will be here for an evening visit, giving everyone a chance to join in the fun! This year's Caravan features the legendary Jack Morris, along with pitchers Trevor Hildenberger and Stephen Gonsalves, and the radio voice of the Minnesota Twins, Cory Provus. Of course, TC Bear will also be part of the Caravan.
The evening will begin with doors opening at 6 p.m. at the Worthington Event Center. From 6 to 7, there will be refreshments available, including hotdogs cooked by the Rock-Nobles Cattlemen Association.
The program begins at 7 p.m., with an hour long Q&A session with the Twins, along with Radio Works drawings for Twins ticket packages. After the Q&A, every person in attendance will have an opportunity to get autographs from each Caravan member.
Mark your calendars and make plans to attend the Worthington visit of the Minnesota Twins Caravan, on Tuesday, January 15.
